The elections for the year 2023-2024 of ICYM Unit was held on May 28, 2023. The meeting began with a prayer conducted by Outgoing president Valerie lobo. Director Fr Roque DSa presided over the meeting along with Fr Vijay Monterio and animator Ronald Rodrigues.

Before the election the unit Director Fr Roque briefed about the post and its responsibilities. Fr Roque,Fr Vijay and Ronald smoothly conducted the elections.

Riana DCunha was elected as the president and Neil DSouza as the secretary.

Outgoing president Valerie Lobo thanked each and everyone for supporting her and coming together whenever a program was conducted.

The new president Riana DCunha thanked Valerie Lobo for her services and sought support from everyone for the upcoming year.

Unit Director Fr Roque DSa thanked all the youth for being active in the parish level and as well in the association. ICYM Valencia unit has shined and kept the youth active throughout their year. They have been a strong team and continued to give their best all the time. Let the same spirit continue and let more youth join the association. He also urged them to continue the good work.
